The Climate Action Innovation Zone runs from the 7 – 18 November, 2022 as a dynamic hub for cross-sector collaboration at COP27 in Sharm El-Sheikh.
Located adjacent to the Blue Zone and with independent badging, the 6000m2 inclusive Innovation Zone is free to attend for all climate leaders, pioneers and practitioners.
Running in parallel with the negotiations led by the COP27 Egyptian Presidency, the Innovation Zone will host over 100 events in its purpose-built conference facilities and includes an Innovation Expo, SDG Learning Stage, Climate Challenge Lab, Conduit Business Lounge, a five-star restaurant, plus a range of private function rooms, meeting rooms and chalets.
Its mission is to bring together governments, businesses, investors, cities, regions and civil society to accelerate ambitious climate action: to drive collaboration, showcase innovation and catalyse investment.
